May and October are two of the most beautiful months in New England and also two of the busiest and most stressful. Family events, community responsibilities, graduations, college reunions, planting in the spring and harvesting in the fall, spring cleaning, yard work, fall cleaning, beginnings and endings all keep us running- almost out of breath. Be sure to notice the beauty of the season this May- don’t let it slip away. Stash away a few books to read when the pace is less hectic. Something good to look forward to is balm for the soul!
